HR Officer

We are looking for an HR Officer to support VisionSpace Technologies core operations in Germany.
The working slots are flexible and the work is to be performed preferentially part-time (between 50% to 70%), negotiable.

As incumbent you will be responsible for:
• Recruiting, training and developing staff
• Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
• Pensions and benefits administration
• Approving job descriptions and advertisements
• Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
• Organising staff training sessions and activities
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
• Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
• Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
Ideal Candidate: 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German (native) and English
• Interest and experience identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity
• Ability to problem-solve independently is a must
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Confirmed ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, discretion, and judgement
• Ability to demonstrate a positive, team player demeanour, and a passion and interest in VisionSpace Technologies GmbH
