Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Sales Teams and customers to clearly define the data solutions that meet our customer’s needs (eg, reporting dashboards, analytics)
  • Ensuring up-to-date general market and competitive analysis
  • Evangelising internally and externally the value and insights driven by reporting and analytics
  • Work closely with technical, quality assurance, and support teams to ensure that the IFS data analytics roadmap is agreed, planned, and delivered
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties involved in Connectivity Services to ensure that all available data feeds are known and understood
  • Use business analysis and modelling to convert market data into meaningful aids for commercial decision making (e.g., passenger demand prediction)
  • Manage and feed Connectivity Service insights into capacity planning and long-term business plans
  • Work closely with proposition and digital service managers using data insights to improve the overall passenger connectivity experience

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and courteous in front of customers
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Data Privacy Laws
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in the Telecommunications industry
